This lovely outdoor dining set is perfect four the back yard or deck.It comes w/ two folding chairs and has a glass top. It is in good structural condition but has some surface rust. Just needs a cleaning & fresh coat of paint and it's good to go. It measures 29" H X 31" around. The chairs are 36" T
